Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Gratuiety not required but if your place was clean and confortable please remember your housekeeper.
- pet/damage Deposits required by providing a credit card number or including $200.00 with rental check.
A 14 day cancellation notice is required. In the event that time frame is not met the full rental rate will be applied to the credit card. There are no rain dates or make-up times. The nonrefundable deposit is applied at the time reservations are confirmed.
