Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rentals require a non refundable $49 property damage protection fee.
Rental payments are due as follows:
To confirm reservation: $300
Remaining rental fees are due in 2 payments, 50% each, 60 days & 30 days in advance of arrival
Payment schedule will be revised for bookings made in less than 60 days.
Payments are made online, through HomeAway. Credit Cards and E-Checks accepted. - We respond to all inquires and offer rate quotes in good faith. During peak season, we typically receive inquiries for the same dates. Please note, reservations are held/confirmed only when the reservation deposit is paid.

Also featured is a chair bed + leather love seat. In addition, there is a 32” TV with satellite + VCR to pass away the time. Lower Level Bedroom-our most private bedroom features a new KING sized mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets, lots of pillows, warm quilt and comforter, ceiling fan & alarm clock, walk in closet.
