- Please contact owner for more rental rate information. $1275 per week, $200 per night plus $125 cleaning all year except for Hot August Nights Week. There is a 3 night minimum during winter months from September to May.There is a 4 night minimum during summer months of June, July & August however the home will be released for 3 night stays during summer months sixty days out. 50% of your total booking fee is required with-in 3 days of your reservation agreement contract being sent to you. The balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. There is a $500 refundable security deposit required. For booking please email Shelly Palmer with requested booking dates.
Available Monthly for $2925 (September to May) to $3825 (June to August) plus $125 monthly cleaning fee.
Hot August Nights is a one week minimum which includes a 2 Car Garage for $1975 for the week plus $125 cleaning.
Only one side of garage available for guest parking except Hot August Nights.
Fully furnished & turn-key. - Available monthly for $2925 to $3825 plus $125 cleaning fee.
