Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy: 60 days Should cancellation occur outside of 60 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a one night cancellation charge. Should cancellation occur inside of 60 days prior to arrival, deposit becomes nonrefundable.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Allowable pets are small 15 lbs of less, short hair, house broken, not allowed on any furnishings, and crated at night. Pet charge is a non refundable $50.00. Pets must be disclosed. If it is found that pets have been allowed on furnishings there will be a $200.00 cleaning charge for cleaning bedding and upholstery.
Deposit: $1000.00 deposit to reserve dates, then becomes a damage deposit after check in and is fully refundable after checkout. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
