Koloa Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $275 per night (plus tax & $125 out cleaning fee).
$1400 per week rate (plus tax & $125 out cleaning fee).
$5500 per month (plus tax & $125 out cleaning fee).
HOLIDAYS AVAILABLE $350 per night 5 night minimum
AC (portable air conditioner) available at additional nightly charge of $25.00
$500.00 Non Refundable Deposit Required to Secure Booking via Paypal or Credit Card
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: $500 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is forfeited upon: cancellation, failure to pay balance due within 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation, or 'no show'. Once dates are booked and paid for, there are NO REFUNDS, however Owner will make every effort to re book as many dates as possible and will pass any recovered income (less $500 deposit) to cancelling party.
Driving instructions and key information will be emailed upon receipt of final payment.
