Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee and tax are collected prior to stay, cleaning gratutity is appreciated but not required
- $300 deposit required to reserve space. Full amount due 30 days before arrival. No refunds for late arrival or early departures. Cancellations accepted with in 30 days of stay or deposit is not returned.
- Peak Season weeks are Saturday to Saturday with no partial weeks. Pre and post season 2 night minimum. cleaning fees are not negotiable.
