- Winter 'snowbird' pricing is discounted for extended stays of at least 90 days. We've never rented out the entire house to one party during this time but if we did the rate would be $2,500/mo. If we elect shorter term rentals of 3 or 4 nights, they need to begin or end on a Saturday.
- Rates above are for entire house. A separate 'in-law' apartment may be rented for smaller parties and includes a lockout feature during the off season. Please contact owner regarding rental rates.
