*Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. If we are able to rebook the cottage for all or part of your reserved dates, we will refund you the rental amount received from the replacement guests, minus a $50 administration fee . If we are unable to book the home during the time you reserved, then your total payment will be forfeited.
*All 'no shows' forfeit the entire amount of the reservation
