US $1000 deposit to make reservation by cheque or Paypal. This amount will act as a damage/cancellation deposit.
Full rent is due 60 days prior to commencement of stay.
Cancellations more than 60 days out will forfeit the $1000 deposit, unless the requested dates can be filled.
Cancellations received less than 60 days before stay will forfeit the deposit and 50% of rental fee unless the requested dates can be filled.
Cancellations less than 30 days out will forfeit all monies paid unless the requested dates can be filled, in which case, only the deposit would be forfeited.

This property is ideal for all ages and you and your family can enjoy all the outdoor pursuits that the Rocky Mountains offer. In addition, its close proximity to Banff gives you access to many cultural events. This is a beautiful home to relax in and find the peace and quiet that is often missing from ones daily life. In the reading nook upstairs you can happily watch humming birds come to the nectar feeders in the summer and an amazing array of migratory birds throughout the winter and spring.
