Beaches: Search for your own private stretch of tropical beach or explore one of our suggested favorites. Beaches close by include; Playa Dominical, Playa Dominicalito, Playa Hermosa, Playa Uvita, and Playa Ventanas. Surf world-class waves at Dominical, walk 1 km out to sea at low on “The Whale’s Tail” at Playa Uvita, or walk into natural caves at Playa Ventanas. We offer a guide to some favorite beaches; along with near by attractions, activities, and restaurants.
Activities: We can arrange all adventure tours, sport fishing charters, and surf lessons. There is a ton to do here in the rain forest from zip-lines through the canopy to horseback rides to the Nauyaca Waterfall. There is world-class sport fishing out of Dominicalito that consistently pull in Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna, and Wahoo. Diving and Snorkeling, Whale and Dolphin tours, boat trips to the Osa Natioal Park with Hiking, and numerous others can be arranged.
Restaurants: Whether it’s the best ceviche in Costa Rica from a roadside stand or fine dining experiences, the Dominical area offers everything in between. Upscale, but affordable places such as: La Parcela and Cuna del Angel near Dominiclito or Café Exotica and Citrus in Ojachal. Tortilla Flats, Confusiones, and El Coco’s in Dominical are laid back local spots with big portions and good prices. There is also amazing Sushi with the freshest local ingredients in Dominical.
