Sand Dunes Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- TAXES, linens, departure clean included in rate for weekly stays!!! Less than a week--$125 cleaning
- We do Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals ONLY during the season.
$200.00 to confirm reservation with signed contract. Balance is due 42 days prior to occupancy with half of the balance due 90 days prior to occupancy. A security deposit of $150.00 will be due with final payment. Accept personal checks, certified checks or money orders. If less than 30 days prior to rental we request a certified check.
Rentals less than a week off season still have linens and tax included but will need to add $105 for cleaning services.
MUST BE 25 to rent.

DEPARTURE TIME: 10:00 am - $850.00 to $2,100.00
