Décor is modern and chic, with just the right punches of color, for a truly relaxing stay. The second floor of the cottage is the main living area. At the top of the stairs is one of the two balconies. This balcony has an area for outdoor dining and playing board games and well as an area to just put you feet up and relax and the cool air whisks you to sleep. Balconies can be fully enclosed by shutters or open for sun and viewing so they both offer additional rooms rain or shine.

The kitchen if equipped with top of the line appliances…Thermadore range, Subzero refrigerator, 2 dishwashers and much more. The concrete countertops reflect the colors of the sand and bring in a bit of the outdoors in. The substantial dining table seats 8 for maximum family enjoyment. On the other side of the floor is the large, open and spacious living area. The décor you won’t believe…seating is sleek but comfortable. Ceiling-high pane windows surround the area and let in just the right amount of sunshine. The massive Moroccan style chandelier donning the center of the room is absolutely a show stopper and gives the room a feeling of warmth and pure class.
