- Rates include cleaning upon check-in and check-out, concierge services, our personal guest orientation assistance to help maximize guests' enjoyment, use of resort amenities, including fitness room, and free grocery shopping and delivery service upon arrival. Alegranza has no other units as big and nice as this! Includes rare garage parking at the bottom of our elevator (great on those 350-360 days of sunshine).
Weekly rates are generally for Saturday to Saturday stays. Taxes are included for groups of up to 8 in Salsa and Jazz Corner combined. For large groups or stays of 8 days or longer, we arrange a mid-week cleaning at renters' expense ($110).

- All bedrooms have top-of-the-line, extra deep, firm support, pillow top mattresses. All bedrooms have ocean views, ceiling fans, A/C with separate controls, and 32' Sony Bravia TVs. Masters have wall-mounted reading lights and dimmers. Three open to the 73' long terrace; one has 2 picture windows and a small cactus balcony. There are also two queen sleeper sofas (slightly shorter than normal), 2 port-a-cribs and 2 high chairs (upon request); only one bottom sheet per port-a-crib though so bring extras and little one's blanket.
