The surroundings:: Naguabo is a small village near the sea in the Eastern side of Puerto Rico, where time doesn’t seem to pass. This side of Puerto Rico is less populated than the rest of the island which means less traffic and noise. Nevertheless the biggest marina in the Caribbean, and several other smaller marinas are located here because it is the doorway to Vieques, Culebra, Icacos Palomino, Palominito, and several pristine keys also known as the Spanish virgin Islands. Culebra and Vieques are reachable by Ferry the other keys by charter tours from the nearby marinas. The most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico are on this side of the island. That includes Flamingo Beach in Culebra, the # 2 rated by the Travel Chanel in the US. It is worth seeing it. Have lunch at the Malecón in Naguabo and have a taste of the regional ambiance while looking the sea. That you shouldn’t miss. Bowling alleys, Night clubs and restaurants of all sorts are within 15 minutes drive.

The House: Located in a small gated community, with pool and clubhouse. Downstairs large open space integrating foyer, Kitchen, dinning and living rooms separated from the backyard and barbecue grills by sliding doors. Top of the line appliances, all necessary pots, dishware and utensils you’ll ever need: oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, drinking water dispenser, blender, toaster, food processor, mixer, juice extractor, cutting boards, fine cutlery, spices, a food dehydrator, and a wine cooler, among other practical things like a choice of gas and charcoal BBQ grills. You’ll miss nothing at all. Upstairs a 42” plasma, dvd, Xbox 360, a little fridge, sofa/bed or recliner seats in a large family room. Master’s bedroom has its own whirlpool bathroom, king size bed, satellite 42” plasma tv/dvd. Equipped gym in one room for the health conscious, 4 berths in another bedroom, bathroom, and an office with internet computer and phone where an inflatable mattress can be set.

Extra services on demand for your convenience:: If you need a car, for an extra 290$ a week we include a minivan with a Tomtom GPS preloaded with all points of interest to be able to get anywhere and come back to the house never getting lost. We can pick you up at the San Juan Luis Miñoz Marin International airport and return you there. We can also buy your provisions in advance to fill the refrigerator with your preferred items. All you have to do is send us the list and the money, and we do the rest. This way you find the house ready for you without the hassle of having to go to the grocery store and pay high prices. We buy everything at Costco, Sam’s Club and at a wine discount club to help save you time and money. There is an wireless internet service available all over the house
