FOR YOUR SPECIAL GUESTS the upper level has one additional bedroom for a guest or child and is beautifully decorated, TV, DVD, full closet, and a 9 foot high tray ceilings. Across from the bedroom is a separate full bathroom outfitted with custom sink & make-up with polish lime stone counter top and granite floors, and an all glass shower. OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN… with wide plank oak floors running throughout. All the custom built cabinetry & millwork was designed for this New England style house. The large kitchen with its 12 ft. high ceilings features a beautifully hand painted turn of the century farm cabinetry equipped with a professional grade gas range and other hi-end appliances.
THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM features 12’ gable ceiling, architectural lighting and over-sized windows that bring in the view the hundreds of pine trees that surround the property. The large dining room farm table seats up to 12 people. The living room has a custom built wall unit featuring a 54” flat panel TV and concealed computer & printer. The house is filled with original classic oil paintings in every room. SCREENED IN PORCH … The dining rooms French doors lead to a large screened-in porch with a dining area and seating for 8. The screened in porch leads to two separate decks, one for sun bathing and the other with a large gas BBQ.
THE LOWER LEVEL IS A COMPLETE RETREAT SUITE FOR YOUR GUEST OR EXTENDED FAMILY. A full size living room featuring a wood burning fireplace and a flat panel TV. The living room sofa opens to a queen size bed for additional quests. A small kitchenette provides your guest their own little place for snacks, coffee and mid-night treats. The two bedrooms provide each guest a super comfortable queen size bed, closet and open views to the beautiful gardens that surround the front of the house.
