If cancellation is received less than 60 days from arrival you understand that the deposit will not be refunded unless the rental unit is re-rented for the same period. You further understand that if the unit is re-rented for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 service and handling charge. - •You must be at least 25 years of age in order to rent this property. A copy of the renter’s driver’s license will be required in order to secure the rental. The renter also must be one of the occupants for the duration of the rental.
