- The large master bedroom on the ground floor, has a fireplace with an HDTV, a sitting area, a large dressing room, and a full bath with a bathtub and separate shower. The private hallway connects to the indoor heated pool and has curtains for privacy. It overlooks the large grassy side lawn. Upstairs, the large lakeside bedroom has a decorative fireplace and a sitting area. The other equally large bedroom has two double beds, perfect for all the kids! These two bedrooms share a full bathroom and have privacy from the rest of the house. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, near the garage. It has a full private bath, and is separated from the marble entrance hallway. It is connected to the laundry, mud room, and the garage by a tiled hallway.

Winter Wonderland: Ski at the Bristol Mountain Resort and retire to your personal resort, with its indoor heated pool, walnut paneled billiard and games room, with fireplaces everywhere! It is so quiet in the winter, allowing you to create the atmosphere you desire. If you wish company, head into Canandaigua or Rochester for a day or night of museums, dining, and attractions.
Summer Bliss: Prestigious Seneca Point is a magical place, even compared to the rest of the gorgeous Finger Lakes region. There is plenty of hiking, rafting, eco-tourism, theater, theme parks, and other historical attractions nearby. Surrounding Bare Hill is a 298 acre area with hiking trails, wildflowers, events, and an opportunity to experience local history and lore. Even with all of this in the area, you may find yourself just wanting to spend your time closer to the house. The heated indoor pool is a luxury on those windy or rainy days, and is absolutely divine after a midnight dip in the lake! If you do wish a short break from lake life, play a round of golf at Bristol Harbor Resort, just a minute away, or eat dinner overlooking Canandaigua Lake from on high. Enjoy picturesque, family- friendly swimming with panoramic views to the South and West. Our dock is the perfect spot to swim or fish from. Hint: some of the lake’s best fishing is right off the end of the dock in the early evening.
