The house sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably: 2 spacious rooms with king sized beds, 1 large room with queen-sized bed which has a new organic-pedic mattress, one huge room with 3 twin sized beds and a 5th smaller bedroom has a full sized bed. A pack and play infant bed is also available for your use. The den has a comfortable futon bed.
