- Check-in 3:00pm and check-out promptly at 10:00am. Arrive early, park in driveway, and walk to beach
- Reservation Procedure:
Reservation Deposit in the amount of $1,250 and executed Rental Agreement due with booking. Reservation shall be confirmed via email upon Reservation Deposit credited to Owner bank account.
Reservation Deposit shall become the refundable Damage Deposit.
50% Rent ( including 7% Maine tax and $300 cleaning fee) shall be due 90-days of arrival date, and the final 50% Rent shall be due 30-days from the arrival date. - Damage Deposit:
Upon arrival the Reservation Deposit shall become the refundable Damage Deposit. Damage Deposit less any reductions for damages (see Rental Agreement) shall be returned by US Mail within 10-days.
