- Policy and payment:. To reserve the Apartment, 50% of the rental payment will hold the apartment for you. Balance due three (weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival (check in date) or balance due upon arrival. Cancellations that are made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 21 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund or rent or deposit.
Cleaning fee of $60.00 required at time of arrival.
Rental fee of 50% is due within 10 days of making the reservation to secure your reservation.
A Security Deposit in a form of cash or money order in the amount of $100.00 is required upon arrival, and will be refunded immediately at the end of your stay as long as the apartment is kept in good - $500 weekly rate, $85.00 per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
