All bedrooms are air conditioned with individual controls, but common areas DO NOT have A/C.
Until confirmed prices are subject to change without notice. - 50% deposit is required upon reservation and the final 50% deposit is due 90 days before arrival.
Payments not made on time can result in a cancellation of your reservation. Reservations made within 90 days of arrival require a 100% payment.

- The Main Villa has one California King Suite and one King Suite, each with a full bathroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned with individual controls. NEW custom tiled HUGE rain shower in the Master Suite with a view of the pool and the Pacific Ocean, ASTOUNDING! There is also accommodation for additional guests on futon style bedding (appropriate for 2 younger children or one adult), and there is a half bath off the Great Room. The Guest Cottage has one King Suite up and one Queen Suite down, each with a full tiled bath, and private furnished ocean view deck. The bedrooms are air conditioned with individual controls.
