- $300 security deposit required on all rentals. Refunded within two weeks after check-out based upon inspection of property.
- We require 50% of the full rental rate plus the security deposit at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations are required more than 30 days prior to your arrival date for full refund; within 30 days of your arrival date you will be allowed to reschedule.
