- Minimum three night weekend rental from May 15 to September 15 unless within 4 weeks of booking date or your stay does not include a Friday or Saturday night. Then two night minimum applies. There is a four night minimum for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and the Poco Bueno fishing tournament. A 'weekend' is Friday and Saturday nights. A three night weekend is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday or Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. For off season, there is just a two night minimum. 6% hotel tax applies unless stay is 30 days or longer.
