- King size bed is in downstairs area. It is tucked back into a private 'cubbie'. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a cozy bedroom with a twin. We also provide a port a crib. There is a cot available to use. The four season room has a sofa with a pull out bed. Our daughter (12) loves to sleep out there. It's very comfy.
