Deposits: Your deposit of 1/2 total rent plus $500 security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only). The deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. The 2nd half of rent plus 7% lodging tax will be due one month before arrival date.
If renter chooses to pay the entire Rent For Season 2010 amount by November 1, 2009 the owner will pick up the cost of the 7% lodging tax and will waive the security deposit.
