Upstairs bedroom #1 is very large and can easily accommodate an air mattress or two, in addition to the queen bed. Master bedroom is on the first floor, has a private full bath, and also opens directly onto the first floor porch, also accessible from the living area. There is also an outside warm water shower, great for rinsing off after the beach!

Bedrooms and Baths : All three bedrooms are carpeted. The spacious first floor master, with cable television, opens directly onto the downstairs open porch, and has its own private full bath. There is a second full bath upstairs, between the two bedrooms and accessed through the hallway. Both bathrooms boast new ceramic tile and granite counter top vanities, and full tub/shower combos. One of the two upstairs bedrooms also offers a direct ocean view, and the other opens onto the upstairs screened porch--which has an ocean view and can also be accessed from the hallway. Each bedroom has one queen bed; there are also 2 twin and one double air mattresses available to expand sleeping arrangement options.
A warm water outside shower is perfect for rinsing sand off of kids and the dog before coming indoors. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area provide a gentle cooling breeze throughout the home. This home is neat and clean with new furniture and fixtures in an ideal location for your vacation! All rates exclude taxes and vehicle gate pass; departure cleaning added to stays of less than one week. 10 Shipwatch is pet friendly----there is even a comfy dog bed for your pooch! Pet fee is $15 per night to a maximum of $90 per stay; dog/cat, 2 pet maximum.
