Long term rate (30 days or more): We cap the above daily rate at $2250 for periods up to 30 days (all-inclusive of bills & car)
HOLIDAYS (Easter Week,Xmas&NY) $150/nt .. $1050/week
SPECIAL RATE: Any bookings made within 14 days of stay $99/Nt..$693/wk.
INCLUDED: All utilities & Broadband & WI-FI Internet (bring your own laptop).
INCLUDED: Housekeeper 3X per week & 24 hour security patrol in neighborhood.
Booking Deposit: 50% of rent. Cleaning fee: $65.
