Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The Reservation policy is:
•50% deposit of full rental and signed rental agreement to reserve
•Full payment time limit 30 days prior arrival date except for special events/holidays
- $250 refundable security/damage deposit returned within 14 days of rental provided that the terms of the rental agreement are met.
- 12.5% FL Taxes.
- Please note that the rate is for a group of 6 people. Additional people up to 7 max. for an additional fee. Please inquire.
- Small dog allowed with prior written consent form owner. $50 fee from the deposit will be kept for flea and tick treatment of the property.
