Central air and heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 refrigerators (1 on first floor for pool beverages), 5 color cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, 2 stereos with CD players (1 with outdoor speakers for deck and pool), telephones, gas fireplace, ceiling fans throughout and water softener. Children's games, books and videos.
Beautifully decorated and furnished; reverse floor plan with large, open living and kitchen area. Spacious covered and open decks with porch furniture, rockers, swing, chaise lounges, gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Great ocean view from all 3 levels; easy beach access. Great location, close to Emerald Plantation shops and restaurants. Available year 'round.
