Virginia occupancy 5% tax, local tax of 5% & one time cleaning fee will be added to the balance.
- Cancellation Policy: With at least 30 days written prior notice, the pre-paid deposit will be fully refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee. With less than 30 days written prior notice, & if we are able to re-rent the property, the same refund applies. If we are unable to re-rent the property, then the deposit will not be refunded.All refunds will be returned with in 45 days.
