Lakeside Village offers our residents the ability to swim year-round in the indoor pool, pamper themselves with spa services, or relax after an invigorating workout in the state-of-the-art fitness facilities. After a game of tennis at the Racquet Club or a round of golf, the Terrace Grille will be the perfect location to gather for a relaxing lunch or dinner. While the adults are enjoying a peaceful day at the adults’ only pool, the kids are frolicking in the waves and sandy beach at the Wave Pool.
Inside the Condo: Beautiful 1,325 sq. ft. 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath Sanibel Model Condominium in the Windswept Neighborhood of the Peninsula. Newly decorated and furnished, the Great Room with Sectional Furniture and Oriental Carpet opens to a screened balcony which overlooks the first tee, water and the Lakeside Village. There is a Marble Fireplace in the Great Room as well as a 50' Plasma HDTV and DVD. This home is decorated with a beach theme, many shorebird and fish items. The dining area has a round wood table with 4 chairs for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen has maple cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. There are stone floors throughout the home with Wall to Wall carpet in the bedrooms. King Master Bedroom has 4 poster distressed wood bed and a twin sleeper loveseat. The Master Bedroom has a 42' Plasma HDTV and opens to the screened Balcony. Private master bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has Twin Beds.
