Stowe Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $700 Security Deposit required. Security refunded within 7 days if there is no damage.
- 50% deposit required with signed contract. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Visa and Mastercard Accepted. - Our Guests are welcome to use the outdoor heated pools and hot tub. Beginning 1/3/11, Topnotch will charge a daily access fee of $36 per day to use the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center and private ski shuttle. This fee may be paid in advance with your stay, or if you do not wish to use these ameneties every day, you may pay at the Topnotch Spa desk each day you choose to use the facilities. The Resort Access fee covers all 6 people staying in the condo.

All the beds are extremely comfortable.
