Muskegon Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly rentals will be considered Sept. 12, 2011 - April 2012. Contact owner for rates.
- Security Deposit
$250 security deposit to cover damages or loss of property. Paid with separate check. The $250 will be refunded minus any damages.
There is no separate cleaning fee. - Payment Schedule
50% of payment is due 30 days in advance of stay.
Balance is due 14 days in advance of stay.
Cancellation policy:
Thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made after the 30 days forfeit the full advance payment and security deposit. Further details are in contract.
