- Master is upstairs with a comfy king and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. In the bedroom on main floor are 2 twins which can be pushed together. Decorated with Ralph Lauren bedding this room is sure to please singles or couples. Kids bedroom upstairs has one set of twin bunkbeds and one twin bed. This room is decorated in a fishing theme, kids love it. In our study just off the master we have a sleeper sofa. This room is separated from master by half wall and plantation shutters.

Spicewood Condo Details
Romantic & Relaxing or Family & Fun: Our condo is great not only for the view and seeing nature, but we are just 2 miles from Pace Bend State Park here you have even more hiking trails and fun. The wildlife in the area is gorgeous, we see deer, road runners and many other types of birds, and have even seen the occasional fox. In the low season you will pretty much have the entire complex to yourself, so it is very secluded and the hot tub and pool will feel as if it is all yours. The fishing off the dock is great. As you sit out in the morning on the balcony with your coffee you will see the fish jumping, it really gives you the itch to throw out a line. We would love to have you, pls call I am more than happy to answer any questions. We are an awesome location to come for UT games.
