Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are based on up to 4 Guests; Add $25 per night for each additional Guest.
- A 5% Discount Offered for Reservations made Now for rentals to 4/30/12! Please mention it at the booking.
Base Rate .. $295/night (2 night minimum, or $425/night for 1-night only).. $1,750/week .. Plus 9.5% local taxes..$4,950/month (No local taxes are added for 30 day or longer stays)..Parking is included in the rate.
Rates are based on 4 Guests; add $25/night for each additional Guest; confirm alternate arrangement with the owner.
2-night minimum and Holidays 3-night minimum required.
Holidays: Memorial Day, 4 of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years (Eve).
Reservation is confirmed by at least 50% deposit of gross rental fee, including applicable local taxes.
