It opens onto a large over-sized deck with a barbecue and ocean and island views. There's also a PC Internet computer with high speed wireless access throughout house. First floor has a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, studio-size new kitchen with refrigerator and oven, and a 27 inch TV. It has french doors which opens onto a patio area surrounded by garden. There's plenty of off street parking and a hot outdoor shower to clean off after returning from the beach!

Shops, restaurants, harbor, and kiddie Beach within walking distance. Whether it's reading a good novel on the deck, soaking in the jacuzzi tub or bike riding around the quaint streets and harbor walkways of Silver Stand, it is a relaxing and peaceful experience.
