Garrison House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Property available year round. Please check our availability calendar prior to contacting us
- Security deposit will be your credit card on file for any damages, your card will be charged if any damages occur after walk through of the house. Half down at booking with check or credit card. The other half of the rent due 30 days prior to arrival.
- The total stay rate will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of $100.00 if the booking is canceled at least 60 days prior to the first night's stay. If a bad winter storm arrives the time of your stay you will be able to reschedule that with in one year. If you book during the winter and want to upgrade to a summer rate you may pay the extra charge for that time.
