**For any additional person, a charge of $150 per week per person will be added.
**Rental deposit not refunded for cancellation unless a new renter is found for the cancelled week.
**Check in time is 1pm, renters must check in no later than 3pm. A $35 late arrival fee will be charged for checking in after 3pm.
**Heating season starts October 15th.
**A written receipt will be mailed when the initial $500 Reservation deposit is received. Reservation deposit is only refunded if a substitute renter is found for the canceled week.
**Shorter than one week stay may be arranged during off season only.
