Boardwalk Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 1750/week - Sat-Sat Only
- The following are the payment requirements:
25% to hold the reservation at time of booking + $300 security deposit (refunded 7 days after departure provided no damage or missing items is found to property).
Additional 50% of reservation due 90 days within booking reservation.
Balance of reservation due 60 days prior to reservation arrival date. - We do not rent for long weekends during the season as rentals go from Saturday - Saturday. All rates including cleaning before and after your stay, with the exception of the linens. We do ask our renters to wash the linens as this allows the next guest the ability to enjoy the property. Linens not washed, result in a $110 cleaning charge.
We DO NOT rent to individuals under the age of 25.
