The following are the payment requirements:
10% to hold the reservation at time of booking + $300 security deposit (refunded 7 days after departure provided no damage or missing items is found to property).
Additional 50% of reservation due 14 days within booking reservation.
Balance of reservation due 30 days prior to reservation arrival date. - We do not rent for long weekends during the season as rentals go from Saturday - Saturday. All rates including cleaning before and after your stay, with the exception of the linens. We do ask our renters to wash the linens as this allows the next guest the ability to enjoy the property.
We do not rent to individuals under the age of 25 at this time.
