Please note: The available dates shown on the Homeaway Calendar may not be 100% accurate, as large groups require extra planning time. It is never just one quick decision. There are many players, often with complicated schedules to consider, when coordinating dates. Plus, we do accept checks, so at times, the check is literally in the mail. In general, bookings are removed from the web when the initial payment is received. - *Last-minute bookings welcome. Within 30 days require a payment by credit card.
*Flexible arrival-departure time based on avail.
For cancellations 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
*Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date. If we are able to rebook the Brandon New Cottage for all or part of your reserved dates, we will refund you the rental amount received from the replacement guests, minus a $50 administration fee . If we are unable to book the home during the time you reserved, then your total payment will be forfeited.
*All 'no shows' forfeit the entire amount of the reservation
