Bucerias Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates include weekly maid service. Additional cleanings can be arranged.
Long term rates are available upon request.
All rates in US Funds, subject to change until booking confirmed. 50% of total booking to confirm reservations. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We require a $500 damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy: minimum 30 days notice required for 80% refund and 90 days for full refund.
We recommend trip cancellation insurance.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. These times may be flexible upon request. No smoking is allowed.
