Cumbrian Lakes House Details
We are the owners, so there is no expensive middleman to go through. Please email or phone us for availability, pricing, a brochure and a floor plan. We also have a five bedroom house available in the Kissimmee area. We have 10 years experience renting Kissimmee area homes and these are our second set of homes. Having purchased our houses new before the Florida bubble, we don't have mortgage problems. Please ask about last minute discounts and extended stay discounts for stays of longer than 10 days.
The house includes 5 cable televisions, including a 42' LCD in the Great Room and a 26' LCD in the Main Master. We have another 26' LCD in the bunk bed/queen sleeper room which is not yet hooked up to cable, but has a DVD player and is great for hooking up to game consoles.
Cumbrian Lakes is an exclusive gated community just minutes from the theme parks, golfing, shopping and restaurants. The commuity includes multiple small lakes, walking paths and a kids playground. Our house overlooks two of the small lakes, one of which has a lighted fountain.
