Like privacy, fishing, nature, beach, swimming????: Yes? You will love this vacation property. It's all in your back yard! Fishing equipment pole, lures included. I saw someone catch a 12 lb fish off our Pier last week. What a fight it put up. It was fun to watch. You can fish in the protected Bay or go right out to the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk/bike to Robinson's Preserve to rent a Kayak by the Visitors center. You can also go to one of the many marinas and pay for a fishing excursion. There's nothing like the fishing either on the Preserve waters, or right from one of my two private docks or pier in back yard. Want the most bang for your vacation $??????: If you want a Boating, Fishing, Beach, Paradise this definitely the right choice for you. My rate is around $1 per S/F When you consider this is a 4200 S/F Villa on the water, with all the amenities it offers right on the property & surrounding area, it is the biggest vacation bargain anywhere! Any properties that are remotely close to offering what this offers are two to three times more money! How can I offer such an amazing vacation property at such a great price?? I own the property including two deep water intra-coastal boat/fishing docks also on the property outright. I don't have big mortgage payments etc. If I rent to people who write to me after their vacation, in the guest book comment section below, to let me know how much they enjoyed themselves I will be happy. Golf: This area is a golfers paradise! A must to play is Longboat Key Country Club & Bradenton Country Club. They offer 9 or 18 holes and rent clubs. They also provide lessons. These are two of the best courses I have ever played and they are both just a short drive away. Love Marinas? They are within a few minutes from property. You can go deep sea fishing for Marlin. Wow!

Other Activities: Walk 5 min or paddle from my boat dock to Robinson's Preserve. Ride horses on beach bordering villa
