Point Reyes Station Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rate is $295 per night for triple occupancy (2-nt minimum, 3-nt on holiday weekends, 3-nt minimum June 15-Labor Day).
There is $50 per person supplement for additional adult guests.
The weekly rate is $1770. (1 nt free)
10% county tax and a $90 cleaning fee apply.
$100 Fully refundable damage deposit - We accept e-checks, Visa and Master Card via the HomeAway Reservation system. Whichever payment method you choose, a deposit of $295 will hold your 2-night reservation or $590 confirms your stay of 4 or more nights.

- Each bedroom is decorated with its own design and color theme and soft luxury abounds in these quiet spaces. The upstairs queen bedroom is decorated with fresh white duvet and sheet sets and plump pillows for relaxing. It’s awash with natural light and offers both Bay and hillside views. The downstairs queen bedroom is custom decorated in seaside colors and overlooks the Bay. The downstairs twin bedroom features an authentic ship’s porthole window and overlooks the garden. The beds, voted 'super comfortable’ by our guests, have down comforters and pillows, and all linens are included. For families with babies, we offer a crib which can be easily located in any of the bedrooms.
