- The prices are valid for bookings with 2 people. Each extra person costs 25.00 Euro. 2 children up to 12 years of age stay free. The prices do not include an extra 11% tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax). A seasonal surcharge of 10% is charged for Christmas and Easter - you must stay for at least 2 weeks around these holidays. We would of course give discounts for lengthy stays and last minute bookings. Please ask us about it.
- Included in the rental price are the following: electricity and water costs, pool and garden service, house instruction and supervision by German-speaking property management, telephone and fax usage within the region, high-speed internet, bed linens, towels.
- Final cleaning: 120 USD. Deposit: 300 Euro. Payment due at booking: 20%
