Tuscan Ridge House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pool heat is an additional $30.00 USD dollar.
- 3 day rental is available with an exit fee of $90.00 for cleaning. Please e-mail for current rates.We may have something special that we may be able to offer . You can reach us thru this web site. We will reply within a 24 hour period. With your enquiry we can send you a copy of the terms and conditions.
- A refundable Security Deposit of $400 USD is due 12 weeks prior to the departure date.
Villa will be available for occupancy after 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 hours on the day of departure. An earlier occupancy or later departure time may be possible but must be agreed upon in writing prior to the occupancy date.
After receipt of the full payment, instruction as to the local management company phone number, route to the Villa, and the Villa’s key box combination will be sent.
