Sun Valley House Details
SPACIOUS and COMFORTABLE: You enter into this spacious home to a large gathering room with 20 foot vaulted ceilings plus a floor to ceiling fireplace. You can exit onto the large redwood deck that is surrounded by aspens and pines. This 2,600 square feet vacation home is furnished for comfort with a large soft leather couch and leather chairs. It has a big screen TV and library of DVDs available. You will enjoy the gas fireplace in the winter or the large deck in the summer.
PHYSICAL LAYOUT: On the main floor, you will find the master bedroom with its own bathroom. In addition, there are 2 additional bedrooms that share the 2nd bathroom. Downstairs is a recreation room plus another bedroom and bathroom. Please note that the downstairs bedroom is not recommended for smaller children because the egress window is located higher up on the wall. And as an added PLUS, it has a GARAGE to store bikes, recreational equipment and to keep that car warm!
