Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates at $1075 per week,rising to $1500 per week peak summer season
- A security deposit of 25% of the rental (minimum $250) will be required to secure a reservation. Payment of the agreed rental sum , plus cleaning charge shall be paid up to six weeks of the commencement of the rental period. The security deposit will be returned to our guests preferably by PayPal shortly after confirmation is received from our housekeeper that our house has been vacated in good order.
- We will issue a PayPal invoice which will will form an agreement between us and our guests. It will contain a few essential terms and conditions which will govern our relationship and make reference to our house rules (e.g. no smoking).
