  • Rates at $1075 per week,rising to $1500 per week peak summer season
  • A security deposit of 25% of the rental (minimum $250) will be required to secure a reservation. Payment of the agreed rental sum , plus cleaning charge shall be paid up to six weeks of the commencement of the rental period. The security deposit will be returned to our guests preferably by PayPal shortly after confirmation is received from our housekeeper that our house has been vacated in good order.
  • We will issue a PayPal invoice which will will form an agreement between us and our guests. It will contain a few essential terms and conditions which will govern our relationship and make reference to our house rules (e.g. no smoking).

Notes: The screened porch has an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. The porch or screened porch has a 4 seat cushioned patio set and 4 adirondack chairs . There is an 8 seat, fold-down table and parasol on the upper deck with grill. Two mountain bikes are available. Wheelchair access was improved in 2011: enabling the infirm to move freely on the ground floor, porch and the house. Above the kitchen there is a small study with a reading table & bookcase containing binoculars, local information trail guides maps novels,dvds . A door leads onto a bridge and access to the upper deck. Outdoor candlelit lamps hanging on crooks add to a romantic setting on our cedar swing seat. Rough trails lead away from the farmhouse to 28 acres of virgin woodland and state land further beyond. Two steps above is a media/reading room with a sofa and two antique oak Morris chairs. There is TV/DVD player but no cable/sattellite service. Supplied day beds can be inflated and placed in these roo
