- The security deposit of $500 must be received with your signed contract to hold the condo. The rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is not refundable but will be returned if the condo is used and does not suffer any damage. If your reservation is canceled 60 days in advance of your scheduled arrival your rental fee will be refunded. If canceled prior to 30 days of your reservation 50% of the rental fee is returned..

We accept payment by Check, Money order, and Credit cards. There is a 3% convenience fee on MasterCard, Visa and Discover. For international cards there is a 4% convenience fee.
We would never ask for a wire payment. Guests should call the phone number displayed before sending any payment to confirm booking/payment details, etc.
