Payments via personal/cashiers checks (USA only) or PayPal (note: paypal fees will be paid by renter with check or deducted from security deposit refund).
Subletting of the property is not permitted, condo to be occupied by renter(s) only. Must be 25 yrs old to rent.
All rentals require a 50% deposit to hold reservations, full payment due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Rentals require $250 damage/misc costs deposit. This deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of checkout provided there are no damages or extra charges (phone, deep cleaning, etc).
Priority given to Saturday to Saturday stays.. 7 nights
Refunds/Cancellations:
Full refund of deposits will be made with at least 60 day notice of cancellation prior to Check-in. Any cancellations with less than 60 days notice are subject to forfeiture of all deposits/payments received.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Check-In time is 3:00pm local time. Check-Out time is 10:00am loc - ** Multi-month, long rate terms or other options available. **

Third bedroom set up as an office w/ desk and 2 oversized chairs(one is twin sleeper sofa). All bedrooms have walk in 'customized' closets including built-in drawers for clothes. Second bedroom has flat screen TV. Loft on second level has large 50 inch TV... both with cable. Maximum number occupancy = 5, includes children of all ages.
